Our Team

Robert Weller
CEO / Owner
Welcome to my corner of the NDT world. As an ASNT Level 3 professional, certification #199804, I've dedicated 19 years to mastering the intricacies of non-destructive testing. My journey in the industry began in 2005, where I delved into various sectors, from the oilfields and mining to aviation, manufacturing to shipbuilding, and general construction. Along the way, I've had the privilege of managing three NDT companies, honing my leadership skills and industry acumen. Eventually, I took the leap and acquired my own company, growing it into a thriving enterprise with nearly 100 dedicated individuals. After five rewarding years, I made the bittersweet decision to sell the company, armed with a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for delivering excellence in every project I undertake, I felt the need to start again. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to innovation and integrity, I look forward to bringing my expertise to your next NDT endeavor.
